Located in Wasl 51 Mall, Jumeirah 1, Orfali Bros Bistro is a modern Middle Eastern bistronomy experience created by three Syrian brothers. Awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand, it’s renowned for its sharing-style dining, inventive mezze plates, and stylish yet relaxed atmosphere.

The kitchen, led by Mohammad, Wassim, and Omar Orfali, reimagines traditional Levantine recipes using contemporary techniques. The menu features house-made sauces, premium grilled meats, and artfully presented dishes that highlight flavor over decoration.
