Trèsind Studio is an exclusive fine‑dining destination located on the rooftop of St. Regis Gardens, Palm Jumeirah. With only around 20 seats, the Michelin‑starred restaurant, led by Chef Himanshu Saini, offers a 17–20 course surprise tasting menu divided into four regional “acts,” each beautifully crafted and visually striking.

Chef Himanshu Saini reimagines dishes from across India using contemporary techniques. Ranked #13 on The World’s 50 Best list, Trèsind Studio features a botanical cocktail bar, open kitchen, and tableside presentations to create a theatrical dining environment.
